Nakita completed her Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2012, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science.
With over a decade of experience in commercial litigation, Nakita is a seasoned lawyer who began her career in Sydney, where she honed her skills at a boutique insolvency and bankruptcy firm. This early experience provided her with invaluable expertise in a specialised field.
Since relocating to Queensland in 2018, Nakita has broadened her practice to include a diverse range of areas, such as insolvency and bankruptcy, consumer law, employment law, property disputes, and debt recovery. She represents a wide array of clients, including businesses, individuals, administrators, liquidators, and trustees.
Nakita thrives on problem-solving and guiding clients through challenging times, always tailoring her approach to meet their unique needs. She takes pride in devising and delivering effective strategies that secure favourable outcomes.
Beyond her legal career, Nakita is deeply involved in the local community as a director of Sunny Kids Inc. In her spare time, she pursues endurance sports, having completed Ultraman Australia, an Everesting Roam, and multiple Ironman races.
