LUKE BEECH

Paralegal, Axia Litigation Lawyers

Luke is a dedicated paralegal at Axia Litigation Lawyers, bringing a strong combination of government experience, legal knowledge and analytical thinking to the team. He previously worked within the Department of Justice, specifically in the Civil and QCAT team, where he gained extensive exposure to civil procedure and tribunal matters. During his final year with the department, he acted as Deputy Registrar, a role that strengthened his ability to manage complex files, apply legislation and support efficient case progression.

Luke’s experience includes reviewing and refining government procedures for civil matters, as well as the ongoing interpretation and application of key legislation such as the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules, the Civil Proceedings Act, and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act and associated rules.

He is currently in his fifth year of a dual degree in Law and Business, majoring in finance and economics. Luke’s commercial and analytical focus complements his legal training, allowing him to approach issues with logical reasoning, attention to detail and a strong understanding of the broader financial context of disputes.

Outside the office, Luke enjoys golf, follows Formula 1, and spends his downtime cooking and experimenting with new techniques. He is passionate about personal growth and always seeking opportunities to further refine his skills, both professionally and personally.
